When I first came to Hands on I couldn’t sit up let alone walk and talk like someone could at my age (2). I had low muscle tone and was not able to look at you for very long, I liked to look through you. I had no interest in playing toys, anyone or anything.
Through the great work of chiropractors and myself in November I started kneeling, December I crawled and today I held my mum’s hand and walked to the car.
I now love playing with other children especially my brother. I am starting to talk and I can feed myself. My pathways are opening up and I am having more fun with people and I know I love Mars Bars!!
Now I am looking forward to the next stages of my life as I turn 3 and start running.

Since I’ve been coming to Hands On I have been feeling a greater state of health and wellbeing. Before I came, it was common for me to have a migraine once a week. But since then the fantastic people at Hands on Leura have fixed me up and I haven’t had a migraine since!
I had also pulled a muscle really badly in my right shoulder. The first thing I did was come to Hands On at Leura. Dr Brian Callan had a look and then did what chiropractors do. Sure, I wasn’t immediately cured of my ailment but if I had not gone to Hands On I would still have a stiff and sore shoulder today.
The thing is, these things take time but it is so worth it!

I have been coming to Hands ON Sydney for 1 and a half years and when I arrived, I had lower back, left leg and lower leg pain and severe tendonitis. I am currently going through an intense routine at present and slowly gaining some benefit. Tendonitis and lower leg pain have diminished; my lower back pain has improved but goes backward occasionally. I am a little demoralized at the slow progress but then I remember that I’m not as young as I used to be and I just keep smiling!

I have been coming to Hands On since October 2007. I was never a big believer in chiropractors but you have set me straight (literally) and my back problems of 10 years have been fixed. Thank you.

I am leaving Australia to live overseas and will really miss the Hands On team. They have taken great care of me over the past three years ensuring that I am able to lead a very active life. When I was in my teens and twenties I suffered whiplash several times. This resulted in various problems that would regularly manifest as neck, shoulder and back pain, and occasionally ocular migraines causing headaches interfering with my vision.
With the Hands On team providing my body with regular tune ups I am able to run like a high performance racing car. I can work 10-12 hour days (when I need to…I like my job a lot), study for my eMBA, train with weights regularly and run over 20 kilometres a week…all without suffering the debilitating pain and headaches that slowed me down in the past.
I know that working and playing hard is not everybody’s cup of tea but the benefits of regular chiropractic care at Hands On are demonstrated by my ability to live a very active life without pain.
Whatever your situation, I strongly believe the Hands On team can help you get the most out of life.

When I consulted Hands On about back pain and dizziness, I wasn’t well. I was depressed, losing my balance and unable to focus properly. I had had a couple of bad falls.
Treatment was gradual, non-invasive and results at first, almost imperceptible. However, the practitioner, Dr. Callan had belief in the treatment so I found reassurance in him. I wasn’t expected to show results by a certain date and the responsibility to improve was gradually a shared one.
Dr. Callan didn’t try to cure by faith alone, took x-rays and examined the results which he then showed and explained to me. Keeping appointments on a regular basis and being cared for helps to make the patient feel more worthwhile and feel that one’s treatment really matters. One didn’t feel as if 20 minutes was too long or too short and problems could emerge gradually and be resolved over time.
I realized that with persistence, I would get better. Following directions has helped me to achieve improvement and compare how I feel day by day.
I am very glad I found the ad about Hands On and grateful to Natasha and Dr. Callan. I can see what a lot of good they are doing.

I have been coming to Hands on Sydney for approximately 1 year. When I arrived at Hands on Sydney, I had headaches and my eyes weren’t measuring up. I was also tired. I don’t have headaches anymore and can now write straighter on a blank page.
